Ex-mayor Krinos arrested on four bad checks charges
The former mayor of the city of Campbell, George Krinos, bonded out of the Mahoning County jail after he was arrested on Wednesday for four counts of passing bad checks.
Krinos, 36, of Tanglewood Drive, is accused of giving his employees bad checks at a financial service company.
Krinos lists his employer as Krinos Group on Sahara Trail in Youngstown.
His preliminary hearing for the charge is at 10 a.m. March 4.
Krinos resigned as the mayor of Campbell in January 2011 after two years in office.
