Crue, Poison singers to perform at Super Nats

Rock singers Bret Michaels and Vince Neil will headline concerts at the Stadium GM Superstore Steel Valley Super Nationals June 20-22 at Quaker City Motorsports Park.

The annual event will feature thousands of high- performance street machines, hot rods and dragsters, and typically attracts more than 25,000 spectators.

Vince Neil, lead singer of Motley Crue, will sing Motley Crue hits June 20 on the large outdoor stage.

Local act Haymaker will open the concert, which will include a massive fireworks display between sets.

On June 21, Bret Michaels, frontman for Poison, will headline, with opening act the Fillbillys.

Admission is $15 each day and includes concerts.

The Super Nats awards will be given out at 2 p.m. June 22, followed by a hot rod parade to Quaker Steak and Lube in Austintown for the after-party.

For all three days of the Super Nats, there will be 40 regional food vendors, two national rib cookers and a children’s zone.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. June 20 and 21, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 22.
