YOUNGSTOWN — Because of the extreme cold and wind chill, all libraries of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County will be closed Tuesday, Heidi Daniel, library director, announced this evening.
Why? I have to be at work at my private job. Please call my employer and tell them that because of the public library being closed tomorrow that I can stay home, too, and get paid.
Maybe the libraries have a "me too" clause. Since the schools are closed, they get to be closed too, lol.
Typical government agency, it's too cold to goto work. Look around You Ms Daniel at all the private companies at work. Way to start out your new position !
Well, disgruntled patrons of the Library, it appears that you are the only 3 idiots that feel this way. Get a life. The weather conditions are dangerous and feel that this is an appropriate action. You will survive a day without the library.
The mall is open, the movie theaters, grocery stores, everything but the LIBRARY?!
Shows how out of touch and poorly run they are. What idiots are on the Library Board of Directors that would allow this stupid decision?
Hopefully you'll sit your fat a$$ down on the sofa and collect your Gov't stipend for the day, for we surely wouldn't want you to venture out and have a private companies employee who has to weather the cold and wait on your sorry fat a$$ as you peruse the mall or wait in line for you're latte' on your free day off courtesy of the three idiots and more who pay your golden parachute pension and 10 weeks vacation each year, too!
