“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV, and 11 a.m. on WBCB): The Trumbull County African American Achievers Association’s Hall of Fame Induction Banquet is on the horizon, and Bob Davis and Dante Capers will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and announce scholarship winners.

Next, former Youngstown Municipal Court judge Pat Kerrigan and Lola Simmons will discuss the new program Home for Good, a one-stop center of resources for formerly incarcerated individuals that includes education, job training and counseling.

“Increase the Peace” (today at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on MyYTV): Host Andrea Mahone will explore the history of African-American arts in Youngstown. Guest will be Brian Palumbo, director of Top Hat Productions, and Jennifer Kuczek and Joshua Green from the troupe’s upcoming musical “Ragtime.”

”A Conversation with Dee” (8:30 a.m. Sunday on WKBN-TV): Host Dee Crawford will be joined by Victor Wan-Tatah, professor of African studies at Youngstown State University, who will talk about Black History Month events.
