Take your lunch to the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, 325 W. Federal St., at noon on the third Thursday of every month for a historical presentation.

These free lunchtime discussions will cover a variety of topics and offer a chance to explore local history. The first session is set for Thursday and will feature “The History of Downtown Development” presented by Bill Lawson, MVHS executive director.

Parking is available for $2 in the lot on the west side of the center. Overture restaurant at the DeYor is offering a $6 Bites & Bits lunch special. Call 330-744-9900 to place your order. Visit www.mahoninghistory.org for the monthly topics and speakers, or call 330-743-2589 for information.
