Campbell police arrest three on drug charges
Campbell police made three drug-related arrests during the weekend.
On Saturday at about 7:30 p.m., police arrested Andrew Jordan, 22 of Bowling Green, Ohio, for possession of drugs and paraphernalia. An officer stopped Jordan in his red Ford Explorer on Wilson Avenue for having a large air freshener hanging from his rear view mirror, obstructing the driver's view. The officer noticed Jordan act nervous and searched him for illegal items. Police found a glass jar with 1 gram of suspected marijuana in his car and arrested Jordan. He has a mandatory court appearance on Friday at 9 a.m.
On Friday at 1:53 p.m., Campbell police officers arrested Jerron Donley, 22 of Liberty, and Denzel Howell, 21 of Liberty, on charges of possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Campbell police stopped the two men driving a purple Dodge when it was weaving in and out, headed westbound on Wilson. Officers smelled marijuana and observed a plastic bag hanging out of Howell's pants. The two men admitted to possessing 0.08 grams of marijuana and were arrested. They have a mandatory court date Friday at 9 a.m.
