EDGERTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a single-engine aircraft has crashed in northwest Ohio, injuring one person.

An Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatcher says the aircraft went down today near Edgerton in Williams County.

The sole person in the plane suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

The crash was reported shortly after noon. The dispatcher said no other details about the circumstances of the crash or the injured person were immediately available late this afternoon because the responding authorities were still at the scene.
