BINGO PARTIES

American Legion Unit 301 at 3652 Oakwood Ave., Austintown, will host a Bingo Party Plus from 2 to 5 p.m. Sept. 21. Doors will open at 1 p.m. with admission at $5. CRAFT SHOWS

Christ Community Church, 531 Neoka Drive, Campbell, will host a craft show from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 4. Vendors are wanted. Tables are $20 each. There will be a basket auction. For information call 330-746-6415.

St. Jude Women’s Guild needs vendors for its annual craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 15 at the St. Jude Activity Center, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana. The show features hand-crafted and homemade items, a basket auction, bake sale, big prize raffle and a lunch counter with a varied menu including vegetable beef soup. St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center, 356 S. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, is seeking vendors for a holiday craft show planned for Nov. 15. Call 330-792-1578 for details.

Saxon Ladies Branch 22 is having its annual craft show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 8. It will include a basket raffle, a 50-50 drawing and a light lunch menu. The cost is $30 to rent a table. For information call 330-788-4274.

TNR of Warren is looking for vendors for its 6th annual Holiday Craft Show, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE, Warren. The cost for vendors is $20 per site, $25 with electricity or $15 if outdoors. For information call 330-330-8166.

RAFFLES

Austintown Alumni Association is selling tickets for its annual raffle to raise funds for scholarships to Austintown Fitch 2015 graduates. First prize is $500, second prize is a basket of gift cards from local businesses worth at least $200; and third prize is a $50 dinner for two at Rachel’s Restaurant and flowers from Something Unique Florist. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for a book of six tickets. The winning tickets will be drawn Aug. 29 at the Hall of Fame football game. Winners need not be present. SALES

Damascus United Methodist Church, 300 Valley Road, Damascus, will host its annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Fill a brown paper bag for $4 all day Friday and until noon Saturday. From noon until closing fill paper bags for $1. Larger items will be priced separately. Proceeds will support missions of United Methodist Women. A bake sale and lunch bar also will be available.

Fowler United Methodist Church, 3426 Youngstown Kingsville Road, will have a garage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday will be $2 a bag time.

Helping Hands Closet at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, has gently used and new clothing for the entire family each Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The month of August will feature a summer clearance with 50 percent off adult summer clothes and 25 percent off children’s summer clothes.

Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4500 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will have its annual Trunk and Book sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 13 in the church parking lot. Vendors’ spaces are $10 each. For information call Dolly Anderson at 330-792-8355 or Rebecca Velasco at 330-799-7751.

TRIPS

New Hope United Methodist Church, 21 Fairview Ave., Niles, is sponsoring a bus trip to Wildwood, Cape May, Smithville and Atlantic City from Sept. 22 through 26. The cost is $425, which includes room, transportation, meals, shows and more. For information call 330-652-0705.

Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St., Niles, is sponsoring day trips to the following; Sept. 16 will be a Wine, Dine and Celebrate trip to Geneva, Ohio. The cost is $100 and includes lunch and dessert. Reservation and payment deadline is Sept. 5. Sept. 19 will be a Food, Fashion and Fun trip to Hartville Kitchen, Hardware and Flea Market. The bus will leave at 9 a.m. and return at 5 p.m. The cost is $70 and includes coupons, lunch and a cookie. Payment deadline is Sept. 10. Sept. 23, Polynesian Fire at Seven Springs Resort will feature Polynesian music and dance. Lunch is included at the resort. The cost is $110 and deadline for reservations is Aug. 25.
