Reports said Shawn Roman, 24, was pulled over just before 4 p.m. at Mahoning and Richview avenues for loud music and he admitted his music was loud, saying he was trying to break his speakers.

Reports said the officer noticed Roman jamming his hands in his pockets and when asked he admitted to having marijuana and pills.

Roman was taken to the jail on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and loud music.
