Indians, Diamondbacks in lengthy rain delay

— Tuesday night's Interleague game between the Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks is being delayed by rain.

The teams had played three full innings and the Diamondbacks were batting with one out in the top of the fourth when play was halted with the Indians leading, 1-0, at about 8 p.m.

Jason Kipnis had delivered an RBI double in the bottom of the third to drive home Chris Dickerson.

Cleveland T.J. House has worked 3 1/3 innings, allowing two hits and a walk.

The Indians (59-59) and Diamondbacks (51-67) are scheduled to complete their two-game series at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday.
