COLUMBUS

A grandmother is hospitalized after police in central Ohio say someone shot into a house while she was caring for her 8-year-old grandson.

Columbus police say suspects fired several shots into the home about 9:45 Saturday night. Investigators say 52-year-old Amelia Stewart was hit in the right buttock. She was taken to an area hospital and was listed in stable condition Sunday.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Columbus police.

For some reason these stray bullets always seem to find an innocent victim. If it's not a child sleeping in their bed, it's a grandmother minding her own business.

The article says shots were fired into the home but many times idiots shoot up in the air just to make noise. What do they expect? The bullet is going to keep going and land in space?
