Foundation donates to Community Action Agency

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Home Savings Charitable Foundation recently donated $2,000 to Community Action Agency of Columbiana to support its Stand Down event Saturday. This event offers educational, vocational and substance abuse counseling, housing assistance and veterans’ benefits for low income individuals and veterans, their spouses or children under 18, facing difficult times. Funds will be used to prepare a hot meal for veterans and their families, nonperishable food items for giveaway, paper products, toiletries and personal hygiene items.
