US Marshals seek man wanted in Youngstown shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — The U.S. Marshal Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest of a man accused of a March 15 shooting.

Marshals are looking for 22-year-old Dashonti Baker, who is accused of the shooting of Jaquez Brown in a SUV in a parking lot at the corner of South and Dewey avenues on the South Side.

Brown was shot in the head and is recovering from his injuries.

Baker is described as a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 230 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be hiding somewhere on the southeast side of the city.
