YOUNGSTOWN — A former Mahoning Valley assistant prosecutor and interim director of the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority has been fired as chief executive officer of the Wilmington, N.C., Housing Authority after his fourth driving-under-the-influence arrest.
