Anthony Jackson, 31, of Rush Boulevard, illegal processing of drug documents.

Keijuan Perkins, 21, of Jacobs Road, cocaine possession and marijuana trafficking.

Jodi Gibson, 24, of Carnegie Avenue, theft.

Jill E. Hoolahan, 31, of Gibson Street, cocaine possession and aggravated drug possession.

Devron James, 26, of East Indianola Avenue, receiving stolen property, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle and heroin possession with a forfeiture specification.

Andre Madison Jr., 22, of South Heights Avenue, aggravated burglary and felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Kevin M. Mann, 28, of Fourth Street, Struthers, obstructing official business.

Ishmael Bethel, 17, of Hudson Avenue, burglary and receiving stolen property.

Derrick Hudson, 20, of Cleveland Street, burglary and receiving stolen property.

Lawrence Mitchum, 50, of Berkley Avenue, cocaine possession.

Sean Perry, 23, of Bedford Road, Hubbard, cocaine possession.

Raymond Queener Jr., 23, of West Earle Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Christian Ranalli Jr., 32, of Butler Avenue, heroin possession.

Nicholas Rosen, 25, of Oneta Avenue, felonious assault.

Phillip Small, 24, of Cain Street, failure to comply with a police order.

Derek Viglio, 26, of Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, failure to comply with a police order and assault on a police officer.

Antonio Wright, 22, of East Avondale Avenue, cocaine possession and burglary.

Terrell Engles, 33, of Sheridan Road, Poland, or Plazaview Court, Youngstown, marijuana possession and trafficking.

Steven Demidovich, 55, of Stewart Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Jamie Lyn Schultz, 35, of Brittany Oaks Trail, Warren, heroin and cocaine possession.

The grand jury declined to indict:

Ronald J. Snyder, 23, of Mallard Crossing, Petersburg, on a theft charge.

Marquis Christian, 29, of Salt Springs Road, on a receiving stolen property charge.
