Lowellville Senior Citizens will not meet Friday because of Lowellville Water Day. The next meeting will be the annual Christmas Party on Dec. 6 at Gianna’s Catering. Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Marilyn Boggs will give the devotions. There will be a pizza party at noon. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. Retired Registered Nurses will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday for a casserole luncheon at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4560 Canfield Road, Canfield. Those members whose last names begin with A through G are asked to take an entree; H through O, a salad; and P through Z, a dessert. Members also are reminded to take their own table service and hats, scarves, mittens and socks for the Fish Samaritan House. All registered nurses are welcome.
Trumbull Memorial Hospital Retirees will meet at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 11 at the Buena Vista Cafe in Warren. The speaker, Judge Thomas Swift, will talk about the Guardian Angels Program.
