YOUNGSTOWN — A woman who had split a telephone pole and hit two parked cars in a used car lot at McGuffey Road and Wick Avenue on March 21 pleaded guilty to a first offense charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in Youngstown Municipal Court today.
