55-Plus Club of Liberty will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at First Christian Assembly Church, Cardinal Drive, Liberty, for its annual Halloween meeting. Kay Herberger will preside and serve as hostess with Dorothy Durina. Cards will be played, and October birthdays will be acknowledged.

55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mary Church. After the meeting and card games, members will dine out.

60-Plus Club of St. Brendan Church will have its monthly meeting at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Maxwell Hall. Ann Smith will preside, and Dorothy Procick and Dorothy LoSasso will give reports. Cards and bingo will be played. New members are welcome. Report illnesses or deaths to Theresa Vivacqua at 330-793-2792.

AARP 4611 will meet Wednesday at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 614 Parmelee Ave., Youngstown. An executive board meeting will begin at 11 a.m., and at noon a discussion on health care will begin. There will be a 50-50 raffle. New members are welcome. Continue to take in school supplies. Members are to meet at 10:30 a.m. at Gospel Temple Baptist Church, 279 Whipple Ave., Campbell on Oct. 27. Coitsville Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Bedford Trails Golf Course Restaurant, Coitsville. Jane Orlo will preside, and Blanche Sylvester will give devotions. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and the group will discuss plans for the Christmas luncheon. After card bingo, a 50-50 drawing will take place. New members are welcome.

Croatian Pensioners will meet at noon Thursday at the Croatian Center, 3200 Vestal Road, Youngstown. The group will play cards and bingo. A board meeting of the officers will precede the general meeting.

East High School Class of 1958 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Upstairs Restaurant. Spouses are welcome. For reservations call 330-755-1101 or 330-757-8308.

Girard Oldtimers Club will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Lamancusa Restaurant, Trumbull Road.

Girard Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eagles Aerie, 26 N. Wilson Ave., Girard. Reservations will be taken for a Christmas party Dec. 18 at St. Mark Church on Logan Way. October birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and 50-50 raffle tickets will be sold. An attendance prize will be awarded. The members will play bingo and cards.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Patricia Perio will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. OBES Retirees will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Friendly’s on Route 224 in Poland. All OBES retirees are welcome.

Sears Friendship Club will meet at noon Monday at What’s Cookin’ on Mathews Road in Boardman.

St. Christine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the parish center. President Ruth Infante will preside, and hostesses will be Ginnie Miller, Pat Smith, Nancy Olsavsky and Ann Smith. Dorothy LoSasso and Carol McClain will give reports. Cards and bingo will be played, and there will be a drawing for a free lunch and a 50-50 raffle. New members are welcome.

Sunshine Seniors will meet Oct. 22 at The Elmton, 584 Fifth St., Struthers. Doors open at 11 a.m. For reservations or cancellations call Betty Jean Fehrenbaugh at 330-549-9904. Birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, there will be a 50-50 raffle, and bingo will be played. New members are welcome.

USWA Local 2243 Copperweld Steel Retirees, S.O.A.R. Chapter 1-28-10, will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Local 1375 Union Hall, 684 N. Park Ave., Warren. The speaker will be Michael Wilson, executive director of Trumbull County Soil and Water Department, who will portray President McKinley. Refreshments will be served. Take old pill bottles for recycling.

Upcoming activities for senior citizens organizations are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
