The Ursuline Center, located at 4280 Shields Road, will offer its final guided walks of the season Oct. 20 at 2 and 3 p.m. (weather permitting).
People new to or experienced with walking a labyrinth are invited to attend.
These guided walks help participants experience the process of letting go and moving on that is part of our human condition. Walking the labyrinth usually takes about 20 minutes.
Participants can also attend a presentation and discussion held in the Center following the walks. These will be brief but relaxed.
People wishing to experience the Labyrinth but unable to make one of the guided walks can come anytime at their own convenience. There are printed guides that give suggestions for following the path provided at the Labyrinth’s entrance.
The Ursuline Center Labyrinth is a ministry of the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown and open year-round from dawn to dusk for all persons of faith. There is no cost to use the Labyrinth, which is handicapped-accessible and offers ample parking.
