Music at Trinity


Music at Trinity will present Edward Alan Moore in concert at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 30 W. Front St. The concert is free and open to all. It is being presented in memory of Carl Deislinger by George and Nancy Brundage.

Moore is organist and music director at East Liberty Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh. Moore earned a doctor of musical arts degree in organ performance at Eastman School of Music; a master’s in organ performance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne; and a bachelor’s degree in music and religion from Grove City College, Grove City, Pa.

Guest speaker

sharpsville, pa.

Dr. Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum, director of Ariel Ministries, will be guest speaker at West Side Baptist Church/Free Grace Bible Institute, 17 E. Main St., at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 12-13.

He will speak on the topic ‘The Book of Joshua.’”

Labyrinth walk


The Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, will offer its final guided labyrinth walk of the season at 2 and 3 p.m. Oct. 20, weather permitting. A discussion will follow the walks.

New church


Pastor Don Monaco has begun One Spirit Family Christian Church, which has services at 10 a.m. Sundays at Lane Event Center, 8387 Tod Ave. He served at Trinity Fellowship for 29 years. Childcare is available.
