Ripening green tomatoes?

Some are picking the last tomatoes in fear of frost or just to clean up the garden. To ripen inside, place between layers of newspapers. Store at 65-70 ∞ for about two weeks. Using ripe bananas will speed the process, but ripening too quickly can affect flavor.
