Published: Thu, November 28, 2013 @ 8:57 a.m.

YOUNGSTOWN — Police were called to a home in the 2400 block of Shirley Road at about 3:18 a.m. today where they found a 70-year-old man beaten to death.

Leo H. Kellish, no age given, was arrested on a charge of murder and was taken to the Mahoning County jail.

He is expected to be arraigned in Municipal Court Friday.

Reports say the victim was found naked and covered in blood.

A spokesman declined to release the victim's name, saying that will have to come from the Mahoning County Coroner's office.

If this man is guilty, HE should be beaten to death
as his punishment for beating a 70 year old man.

Whatever happened to respecting our elders?
