Staff report

NILES

A second screening of “Angry Tears,” the locally made movie based on the life of Youngstown evangelist Earline Gilford-Weaver, will be Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Encore Cinema, in Great East Plaza.

Tickets will be $10 at the door.

The inspirational movie, directed by David Walker, premiered Oct. 27 at Encore to a capacity crowd. Based on a book written by Weaver, it describes the abuse she endured as a child in the foster-care system, and how she rose above it. It is designed to encourage others going through similar situations.
