John Dellick faces new aggravated menacing charge at YSU

YOUNGSTOWN

A warrant has been issued for John Dellick, 19, the son of Mahoning County Court Juvenile Judge Theresa Dellick, for an incident on the Youngstown State University campus today.

Dellick is charged with aggravated menacing, a first degree misdemeanor.

He is already out on bail on a charge of aggravated assault for an Oct. 18 road rage incident in Canfield Township and on Oct. 11 university police intervened in an argument he was having with his mother. He was also a suspect in road rage cases in Austintown and Boardman in 2012 but was never charged.

Dang dude, pace yourself... You are menacing, harassing, and stabbing at an excessive rate... Even in Mahoning County.... If you continue at this rate, you are going to force someone in the courts to take this seriously...

This is clearly a person that just doesn't get it. Either he is trying to go to jail, or a little voice in his head is telling him he won't get in any trouble. I guess nutso is a good defense as any.

At the rate this kid is going Judge Dellick will be having a funeral for him soon. A mental case loose on the street's of Youngstown like this kid and he is bound to flip out on the wrong person and end up in a box.

He's just a PUNK acting out because he believes MOMMY will always be there---until he meets up with someone that will not take his crap.

Young Mr. Dellick should be sent to the Marine Corps.

There he'll find out what being a "tough guy" really is all about.

Additionally, he may learn some respect for authority.

I was going to comment on this, but first comment- "Dang, dude, pace yourself..."- is an absolute gem! No way to top that.
