Jeffrey Ingram, 27, West Omar Avenue, Struthers, assault and aggravated menacing.

Toby Stivers, 31, Thomas Drive, North Jackson, possession of drugs.

William A. Blasdell, 46, Bunny Trail, Canfield, possession of cocaine.

Michael A. Doepker, 18, North Kimberly Avenue, Austintown, felonious assault and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Amanda Oesch, 28, Comstock Street, Warren, possession of heroin.

Matthew J. Popio, 28, Washington Boulevard, Boardman, breaking and entering and theft.

Robert R. Youngblood, 57, Cabot Lane, forgery and receiving stolen property.

John Doyle, 27, Shadyside Avenue, Boardman, trafficking in marijuana.

Troy Sutton, 28, 14th Street, Campbell, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Jackie Levonyak, 36, Mount Vernon, possession of heroin.

Kevin Theodore, 29, Carlotta Avenue, felonious assault, domestic violence and intimidation of a victim in a criminal case.

Leon Whatley, 40, West Princeton Avenue, possession of heroin, trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture specifications and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Emily A. Fennell, 30, Pine Street, New Castle, Pa., possession of drugs.

Daniel J. Lindsey, 22, Maywood Avenue, trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification.

Miciaiah A. Parker, 23, Mistletoe Avenue, illegal processing of drug documents.

Ashley Newland, 20, Mercedes Place, Canfield, burglary.

Cary Clinkscale, 44, Reed Street, Campbell, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and robbery with a firearm specification.

Kenneth Banks, 32, Lexington Avenue, robbery.

Jerry Joseph, 37, Ridge Road, Warren, forgery.

Aron Aja Sayre, 32, Lewis-Seifert Road, Hubbard, theft of drugs, illegal procession of drug documents and possession of drugs.

Amanda B. Miller, 32, Columbus, burglary and assault.

Janeane Deshawn Rogers, 36, Allen Park, Mich., trafficking in drugs, two counts trafficking in dangerous drugs and five counts trafficking in drugs.
