Volunteer network plans golf benefit

VIENNA

HandsOn Volunteer Network will benefit from a golf scramble scheduled June 24 at Avalon Golf and Country Club Squaw Creek, 761 Youngstown-Kingsville Road SE, sponsored by Cerni Motors and Avalon Golf and Country Club.

The schedule for the day includes registration at 11 a.m., lunch/driving range at 11:30 a.m., shotgun start at 1 p.m. and dinner, awards and cash bar around 5:30.

Costs include skins, $20 per team; mulligans, $10 per golfer (limit 1 per golfer); 50/50, three for $5; and arms length, $10. Refreshments will be served on the course.
