Police investigate bullet-holes in SUV
Police are investigating a Sunday morning incident in which they found an SUV with five bullet holes in it parked in a driveway on East Ravenwood Avenue, after its driver said it had been shot up while eastbound in the 200 block of Hilton Avenue.
The 24-year-old driver told police she couldn’t see who was shooting because she ducked to avoid being hit by the gunfire, but she has two suspects in mind.
No injuries were reported in the 10:18 a.m. incident on the city’s South Side, which was recorded by the city’s Shot- Spotter electronic gunfire detection system, and confirmed by witnesses on Hilton Avenue.
