Police continue investigation into latest city homicide

Youngstown

Police continue to investigate the city’s latest homicide.

Kristopher Stuart 26, was found dead about 10:30 p.m. Monday on the floor of a front room at his 2127 Elm St. home with a silver revolver lying near his hand.

Two other men, Dejuan Thomas, 31, of Osborne Avenue and Kalontae Carter, 22, of Norwood Avenue, also were shot and remain hospitalized.

“The detectives continue to investigate and we’re confident we’ll be able to solve this case,” said Chief Rod Foley.
