Pet Expo Show set for April 6, 7

The Northeast Ohio Pet Expo Show and Sale will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 6 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 7 at the Eastwood Expo Center.

Vendors include trainers, retailers, groomers, pet-food manufacturers, pet resorts and lodges, pet-service specialists, pet photographers, animal charities and more.

There also will be a “Look Like Your Pet Contest” at 2 p.m. April 6 and a pet fashion show at 1 p.m. April 7.

Doris Straka, an animal communicator, will conduct seminars and one-on-one sessions to help participants with a variety of pet issues from sources of pain, changes in behavior, overcoming bad habits and more.

Pets will be available for sale, rescue and adoption, and groomers will groom pets. There also will be raffles, door prizes and food.

Admission is $5. Children 12 and under and pets are free. Pets must be friendly, and owners must be responsible for them at all times. For more information, call 330-518-7794.
