YOUNGSTOWN — Zaryl Bush, charged in the death of 14-year-old Teddy Foltz of Struthers in January, will remain in Mahoning County jail until his trial date in May.

Bush had been jailed on a $1 million bond, but prosecutors today asked Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of common pleas court to remove that bond and keep Bush in jail without bond.

Atty. Ronald Yarwood, representing Bush, did not oppose the prosecutor's request.

Had he killed his dog, he never would have gotten bond from the start. And there would be a crowd of screaming protestors outside the courthouse with Gerberry holding a press conference. Instead there's no one being held responsible for not coming to his aid, no protestors, no outrage nothing. The biggest insult will be when they plea deal and do about maybe at most five years. I mean hey it's just a kid, heaven forbid he was a poodle. At the least they should terminate the Struthers cop and CPS worker who knew and did NOTHING to protect Teddy. Out of sight out of mind is not an excuse.
