Bobcat Goldthwait will come to the Funny Farm comedy club, inside Mojo’s Pub and Grill in Austintown, for four shows Friday and Saturday. The comedian once had a busy acting career. He wrote, directed and starred in the 1992 movie “Shakes the Clown.” Here are five other movies he appeared in:
v “Police Academy”: His first major role was Zed in this comedy franchise.
v “One Crazy Summer: This 1986 comedy also starred John Cusack.
v “Burglar”: This 1987 comedy also starred Whoopi Goldberg and John Goodman.
v “Scrooged”: Bill Murray also starred in this 1988 comedy, a modernization of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.”
v “Hot to Trot”: John Candy and Dabney Coleman also appeared in this 1988 film.
“Splash” (8 p.m., ABC): Will “Splash” make a big one in the ratings? It’s a new reality series that has celebrities — some of whom you may actually recognize — facing off in a diving competition. Olympian Greg Louganis serves as a coach.
“Hell’s Kitchen” (8 p.m., Fox): A physical challenge with lobsters? I’ll bet the humans win.
“Oprah: WHERE ARE THEY NOW?” (9 P.M., OWN): In the case of Dennis Rodman, one of tonight’s subjects, the answer is everywhere.
