Published: Sat, March 16, 2013 @ 10:41 a.m.

YOUNGSTOWN

There will be a benefit for congenital diaphragmatic hernia awareness from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. March 23 at the Lemon Grove on Federal Street.

There will be live performances and a basket auction.

CDH is a potentially fatal birth condition affecting 1,600 babies in the United States each year.

Proceeds will go to two local families, Derrick and Natural Jones, for their son, Legacy, and Jason Booker and Colleen Mohr, for their daughter, Gabbi, and will help with medical expenses, funeral expenses and CDH research.
