Powers says there is a need for citizenship and vocational education to prepare students to enter vocations of a nonprofessional type.
The Campbell Board of Education will seek $20,000 from the WPA for installation of lights and for landscaping and construction of rest rooms at Campbell Memorial Stadium. The local cost would be $5,000.
