Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Blood pressure screenings will be available from noon to 12:45. The speaker will be Elaine Pappas, administration specialist at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. Reservations are being taken for an overnight bus trip to Lancaster, Pa., on March 19 and 20 to see “Noah” and “Run for Your Wife.” Included will be an Amish family style dinner and local sightseeing. Guests are welcome at the meeting and bus trips.
Happy Wanderers will meet at 11 a.m. March 15 at the Corner House Christian Church, 6954 Chestnut Ridge Road, Hubbard. Martha Bruce, a former teacher, will provide the program. Members whose names begin with M to Z are asked take a snack. If the cookbooks are ready for distribution, donations will be needed to defray expenses.
