The four alt-rock bands each rose to fame on the strength of hit albums in the late ’90s and early 2000s.
Fuel has sold more than 3.5 million albums in the United States since the release of its 1998 debut album “Sunburn.”
The band also scored a trio of top 5 singles: “Shimmer,” “Innocent” and “Hemorrhage [In My Hands],” the latter of which remained at the top spot for 12 weeks.
Other hits include “Bad Day” and “Falls on Me.”
Fuel has also opened for Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Creed and 3 Doors Down.
The band has undergone several personnel changes over the years.
The current lineup includes original lead singer Brett Scallions, who left the band in 2006, and three new members.
Top singles delivered by the other groups include Hoobastank’s “The Reason,” Lit’s “My Own Worst Enemy” and Alien Ant Farm’s “Smooth Criminal.”
