Shepherd of the Valley earns praise
Shepherd of the Valley-Poland received an excellent rating in its annual survey from the state.
Assisted living providers offer services to residents who require some assistance, but do not need the level of care provided by a nursing home. The state licenses these providers, conducting at least one unannounced survey (inspection) during a 9 to 15 month survey cycle to ensure providers adhere to the standards.
