Woman glued to toilet seat at Liberty Walmart

Published: Sat, June 1, 2013 @ 7:42 p.m.

Township firefighters had to remove a woman who was somehow glued to a toilet seat in a handicapped restroom at Walmart, 200 Goldie Road, early Friday evening.

Call logs from the Trumbull County 911 Center show that a call was placed at about 6:30 p.m. from the woman, who said she was on the seat and her buttocks were burning and she could not get up.

She began screaming and several employees came into the bathroom, the logs said. The woman was freed and taken to a local hospital.

A spokesman at the fire department Saturday said he did not know how the woman was freed or what made her stick to the seat. He said a report was not available and he did not want to release further information because a medical call is subject to federal privacy laws.

A manager at the store who was asked for a comment said he did not know about the incident and even if he did, he was not allowed to speak to the media.

Wait for this one. One of Walmarts finest low income customers trying to get a law suit or a $100.00 Walmart card for her troubles. How do you glue your fat but to a toilet seat? Something smelling going on here.

I gotta wonder if inspiration came from this incident back in 2005: http://www.nbcnews.com/id/9911744/ns/...

Busyman, here's how this can happen. One of our area's "finest" individuals with too much time on his hands and not very much between his ears puts superglue on the toilet seat

Are you not suppose to wipe the seat before using a toilet in a public place? That's just "common sense". But then of course.....{I'll be nice}...

If that seat travels with you to the ER,then your obgligated to buy another one from said store. Plus you get to pay for the firemans callout. That's not free ya know.
