Detectives on scene investigating Youngstown's 9th homicide this year

youngstown — Detectives are on the scene today conducting their investigation after a man was shot to death in a South Side home late Thursday evening.

Police have not yet released the name of the man who was killed at 3721 Loveland Road. His death is the city’s ninth homicide of the year.

Chief of Detectives Mark Milstead said investigators may have more information later today.

There appears to be no ammo shortage in the cities. People are being hunted the year round with no closed season. Perhaps the Vindy could publish the the type of gun and ammo used. These killers seem to be well armed and fear nothing.
