North Lima church hosts farmers' market on Thursdays
NORTH LIMA — Goodness Grows Farmers’ Market will be at Common Ground Church, 2310 W. South Range Road, from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and every Thursday.
The market will have fresh, naturally grown vegetables, greens, herbs eggs, and dairy from four local farms.
Produce from Goodness Grows will be grown, picked, packed and marketed in part by farmers in training. Adults and teenagers with developmental disabilities, and abilities to develop, are working to grow fresh produce. Goodness Grows aims to provide 15 percent of the harvest to local people in need.
The bridge is out on South Range Road (state Route 165) between North Lima and the church. From the north, take Western Reserve Road to New Buffalo Road. From the south, take Renkenberger Road to New Buffalo.
