Woman says her dog was attacked by another dog

BOARDMAN

A Youngstown woman claims her dog was attacked by another dog Thursday evening while visiting a friend’s house on Lynn Mar Ave.

The woman and her daughter told police their dog Pepper was attacked by a pit bull while the woman’s daughter was walking her on a leash. Pepper’s owners took the dog to an 24-hour veterinarian and said the bill was $226.

Police fined the other dog’s owner $250 for failing to keep her dog confined.
