Carly Rae Jepsen, the Canadian pop singer who had a huge hit last year with “Call Me Maybe,” will come to Covelli Centre on Aug. 21 for an end-of-summer concert featuring opening act The Wanted.

Tickets are $26.50, $36.50 and $46.50, and go on sale at 10 a.m. July 19 at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000, and at Covelli Centre’s box office. “Call Me Maybe” was the best-selling single worldwide in 2012, selling more than 10 million copies, and the best-selling single on the iTunes Store that year.

With worldwide sales of more than 13 million copies as of May, “Call Me Maybe” was the best-selling digital single of 2012, and is also one of the best-selling digital singles — and one of the best-selling singles— of all time. It was nominated for two Grammy Awards.
