Ohio AG will investigate Sciortino traffic stop

columbus

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office has agreed to investigate the May 26 traffic stop involving Mahoning County Auditor Michael Sciortino.

Jill Del Greco, a spokeswoman for DeWine’s office, said the file has been referred to the AG’s special prosecutions unit. There’s no set time frame for a decision.

An investigator “will look into the incident and decide if any additional charges will be filed,” she said.

I absolutely do not condone of the actions they are accused of, but you need to know what you're talking about before you type. Aiding and abetting refers to a fugitive, DUI (unless you've had 3 convictions within 6 years) is an M1, as is obstructing. Dereliction of duty is an M2. Meanwhile, you sound like a silly rabbit.
