Leetonia Artisans Festival Committee is registering exhibitors for the 28th annual artisans festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 15 at Wick Park, Leetonia. The date has been changed. Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, Canfield, is having its 4th annual Car Trunk and Treasure Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 27. Vendors can reserve two outdoor parking spaces for $25 or an indoor space with one 8-foot table with two chairs for $35 in the center’s auditorium. Those outside can either park and sell from their vehicles or park elsewhere and use both spaces from which to sell. Registration goes up $5 after July 15. The Ursuline Sisters will be selling used furniture and books, and the Ursuline Center volunteer chefs, The Leftovers, will sell finger foods. Destination will include Hartville Kitchen and Collectibles, Hartville Hardware and Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market. The cost is $55 per person and includes motor coach pickup in Niles, a full course lunch, a 6-inch pie to take home and a snack at the Marketplace before returning to Niles. The bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. and return at 4:30 p.m. The trip is open to anyone 50 or older. Adult children under 50 may accompany the seniors for a carefree shopping day. OES District 2 is planning a fundraising trip to Coldwater Creek Distribution Outlet and Fenton Glass. Trumbull County Travel Club has planned the following excursions: Aug. 10, trip into Canada for the Peach Festival on the streets of Niagara on the Lake. Travelers will need passports. The cost is $60 per person, and final payment is due July 29. Oct. 8 through 13, Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. The itinerary highlights the balloon fiesta, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, both cities, Loretto Chapel, Cathedral of St. Francis, the historic Turquoise Trail, Palace of the Governors, lodging, 8 meals and more. The cost is $1,799 for double occupancy. A $250 deposit is due on registration, and trip insurance will be available with final payment due Aug. 3.
