STRUTHERS
A man was arrested in Struthers Tuesday afternoon in the death of a 13-year-old boy, police said.
An investigation that began last Wednesday resulted in the arrest of Zaryl G. Bush, 43, of Creed Street, on the basis of a warrant issued, according to a press statement from Struthers police.
The Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Bush at 3:37 p.m. on charges stemming from the death of his former girlfriend’s son.
“We are still waiting on the autopsy results, but the juvenile was taken to the hospital with head injuries and died after going to the hospital with those head injuries,” said Detective Ray Greenwood.
The investigation is still ongoing and more charges could be leveled against Bush. He is currently charged with first-degree murder and will be charged Wednesday with first-degree rape, Greenwood said.

You watch that garbage? That's pitiful.
Police said Widdersheim is not cooperating with the investigation and requested an attorney when police first questioned her about her son's injuries. Lewis said her actions are what raised investigators' suspicions from the beginning.
Lewis said police interviewed several people, which led to the warrant that was served on Bush on Tuesday afternoon. He said police have evidence against Bush outside of the coroner's report, but he would not elaborate.
He also would not say if Widdersheim will be charged, citing the "ongoing investigation."
it was meant as sarcasm. Personally I loathe American Idolatry, however, we can condemn the man after he has been actually found guilty.
