DELMONT, Pa.
A western Pennsylvania man has been charged with threatening a state trooper on Facebook.
Court papers show that 29-year-old Andrew Fulton of Delmont was arraigned Tuesday and is being held in Westmoreland County jail, unable to make $100,000 bond.
Authorities say that in early January, Fulton purportedly posted comments that he wanted to hurt a state trooper who had arrested him last July, adding “I will kill him.”
Fulton is charged with making terroristic threats and harassment, both misdemeanors.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
