Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Huntington Bank, Key Bank, Home Savings & Loan, PNC Ohio and PNC Pennsylvania, closed. First Place Bank, Austintown, Howland, and Canfield at Seville Road open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Liberty and Struthers 9 to 4 p.m., all other locations, closed.
