YOUNGSTOWN — City police are investigating a shooting that injured two people at the Plazaview Apartments on Plaza View off McGuffey Road on the East Side.
Initial police reports said two people were shot. One person was reported in stable condition; the other with a nonlife-threatening wound. At least one ambulance was on the scene.
