Jackson Jr.’s wife leaves Chicago City Council
CHICAGO (AP) — Former U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.’s wife has resigned from the Chicago City Council.
Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson says in a letter to Mayor Rahm Emanuel today that she’s stepping down because she can’t adequately represent her South Side ward while she deals with “very painful family health matters.”
Her resignation is effective this coming Tuesday.
Jackson Jr. resigned from Congress in November. He had been on medical leave for bipolar disorder for months. He cited his health and acknowledged he was under federal investigation.
Jackson Jr. is the son of civil rights leader the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Why would we care. They both sponged off the govt. long enough.
Probably two politicians who have been stealing from their constiuents and now want to exit b/4 they get indicted. Two more of Obama's buddies, not to worry there are just too many who follow this guy blindly. so I'm sure we have a lot more from where they came from.
