Homeowner charged at scene of alleged youth fight
AUSTINTOWN
Patsy J. Lomax-Higgins, 34, of 1847 Woodland Trace, was arrested Tuesday night on nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors, nine counts of child endangering, assault and inciting violence.
According to the police report, when officers responded to a call of suspicious activity, they witnessed Higgins-Lomax strike one of the 13 teenagers that were found in the woman’s garage, involved in an alleged fight. The teenagers ranged in age from 15 to 18 years old.
No other arrests were made in the incident.

Can this be true? Are we finally REALLY arresting adults for contributing, endangering, assaults and violence with teenagers?
The judge needs to throw the book at her. We have to get this stopped!
I wonder how many teens should have been arrested as well.
VINDYAK the TV news stated that the teens showed up at her house wanting to beat up HER kid. First reports are usually wrong so you might want to wait for the REAL story.
