Wow, only 19 years for killing two people?!?! How does someone like this not get the death penalty? Bigger consequences for violent crimes are needed here! Sentencing needs to be more expedient as well.
I'm not sure how it was "involuntary." Not sure about anyone else, but I don't involuntarily go around shooting people.
Actually its probably 3 years for the firearm. year or two for the burglary and tampering, so its the average sentence for taking a human life in the valley, 6 years or so per life. That's why Gains needs to go.

This happened in Warren (Trumbull County) so it has nothing at all to do with Paul Gains.... He is a Mahoning County prosecutor.
Also to all
I am sure the sentence was reached in some sort of plea deal. These things look terrible on the surface, but if the prosecutor is not confident in the evidence in the case it is better to make the deal than to see the suspect go totally free.

Sorry just seemed like a gains move
Hope he rots away in prison. Filthy cockroach.
